  • My yoga sessions are an invitation back into the body. Not as something to control, but as something to explore and befriend.

I teach yoga as an embodied practice that emphasizes sensation, breath, rhythm, and presence. My classes are creative and flowing, allowing movement to feel seamless rather than feeling forced or performative. I often incorporate inspiration from Qigong, Tai Chi, and somatic-based practices into my classes.

    This is yoga that:

    • prioritizes felt experience over perfect shapes

    • weaves strength and softness together

    • leaves you feeling energetically nourished

I’m less interested in how a pose looks and more curious about how it feels to be inside yourself while doing it.

Yoga, to me, is a practice of connection between inner world and outer life. A place to listen. A place to land.

  • I offer psychosomatic sessions for those wanting to explore healing at a deeper, more integrated level.

    These sessions focus on:

    • nervous system regulation

    • somatic awareness and body-based therapy

    • parts work (inner dynamics, protective patterns)

    • subconscious rewiring and gentle re-patterning

Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?”, we explore “What is my body and mind still holding onto?”

This work is slow, respectful, and deeply personal. We follow the intelligence of the nervous system, allowing safety, regulation, and capacity to grow from the inside out. Healing here is not about pushing for more perfection in the name of “self-growth,” but about creating enough support for the body and psyche to soften their grip on control and collapse.

Many people come to this work feeling stuck, overwhelmed, collapsed, disconnected, or chronically “on edge.” Together, we cultivate inner wisdom, self-trust, and a renewed sense of agency so life can be met with more authenticity, truth and joy.

  • Mentoring is tailored to you and may include:

    • finding and trusting your authentic teaching voice

    • embodiment as the foundation of cueing and sequencing

    • teaching from presence, rhythm and intelligent sequencing rather than rigid, outdated rules

    • Navigating doubt, imposter syndrome, and creative blocks

    • integrating psychology, somatics, and lived experience into your classes

    • Practical guidance on creative sequencing, individual body alignment, language, and cueing.

This is not about copying a style or becoming more “polished.”
It’s about becoming more you. Clear, grounded, and unique.

    Who this is for

This offering is for yoga teachers who:

    • want to teach from depth rather than habit

    • are curious about embodiment, psychology, and somatic awareness

    • value integrity over trends

    • seek mentorship that feels relational, not hierarchical

    • wants to expand their yoga toolbox and creativity

    My Role

I don’t position myself as an authority above you. I walk beside you.

My background in psychology, somatic work, and yoga - combined with my own experiences of illness, healing, and teaching - allows me to hold space for both the practical and the unseen layers of teaching.

Teaching yoga can be a profound act of service as well as an enlivening personal path.

This mentoring is an invitation to teach from wholeness, clarity, and embodied trust.
